Major Biomes web page

 Your class needs you, and the other members of your group, to become experts in a certain biome. They are counting on you to teach them important information. They must fill in a chart with the information that you provide!

You will work with an assigned group to make a PowerPoint presentation to give the following information to the class. Here’s the information that you must give:

  1. Where on a map your biome can be found
  2. A description of the climate (include rainfall, and temperatures)
  3. Characteristics of your biome, with definitions of key terms
  4. Common inhabitants in your biome (plants and animals)
  5. A colored picture of your biome

Use at least 5 PowerPoint slides, to address each of the topics listed above. We will have only 2 periods in the library to get your work onto the PowerPoint program, so be sure that you use the class time to get everything ready in rough draft form. Prepare the slides to be well researched, proofread and attractive. You will be graded on the product and the presentation.

Your group will present your biome on Monday, April 3..
